Painting The Back Of The Deacon John Grave House Completed
The back of the House was recently power washed, spot primed, and painted. This finishes a one-year project wherein the House and Barn were both painted. Read more »
Deacon John Grave Barn Gets A New Paint Job
Some restoration and painting were completed recently on the Bar It was first power washed, stripped and one full coat of grey oil primer was applied. Two coats of latex completed the job. Thanks to the Summerhill Foundation for its generous grant. Read more »

After a year without July 4th activities, a parade returned to Madison’s main street with record crowds stretched along the entire parade route. Deacon John’s Family Members Visit the Old Homestead

Deacon John Grave House Resumes Events with the Initial Production of Madison Lyric Stage
Madison Lyric Stage 2021 Season has three productions on the grounds of the Grave House. Public performances resumed on June 11, 12 and 13 with four sold-out concerts.
