Informe that on or about the 1st Day of Inst August he the
Informant found and took one Small Boat Supposed to Be
Imploid in importing or and or assisting therein Brittish goods wares &
marchandise into thisstate from Long Island or Some
other place in the possession of the Enemy of
the United States which is contrary to an act of this State Entitled
an an act the more affectuallyto prevent Illict trade Sd Informat
prays that that a warrant may be Issued according to Law to Seize Sd Boat &c
